just seems like that V tech power isnt there!

Hi dmanizin,
Power losses can be due to clogged fuel filter or a throttle that is niot opening fully. Check the throttle cable adjustment. Quite often it is loose and if the floor mat gets between the accelerator pedal, it is going to prevent the throttle from opening fully.
A clogged exhaust system is another possibility.
