1995 Honda Accord 95 Accord Master Cylinder
Brakes problem
1995 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 182500 miles
My brake pedal is slowly falling out from under my foot when I am stopped. Used to be sporadic & random, much more frequent now. Front pads & rotors were replaced in April 2008 & rear brake pads were replaced in February 2009. Repair facility recommends replacing master cylinder & adjust the rear brakes (my dad had replaced & had a rough time with them; repair place said they were not adjusted at all) & says it's $350. Does that sound like a good price? I looked up the cost of a cylinder on Advance Auto Parts website & figuring labor @ $80/hr. Thanks!

Hi teppimcenery,
The master cylinder has been replaced and pedal is still sinking or is it low? Was bleeding done correctly?
Is the hand brake lever high or low and is it effective?
