1994 Honda Accord Cooling fan relay so hot you cant touch i
Whenever you shut off the engine, the fans stay on and do not turn off. The only way to turn them off id to pull the cooling fan relay that is under the hood out. When you go to pull it out it is so hot you can not touch it.

Hi rbrazell,
The relay is faulty and it needs to be replaced.
Check if the terminals of the relay plugin point are loose, it could generate a lot of heat damaging the relay.
