1993 Honda Accord fuel gauge

Gauge registers correctlly after cranking and idling for a few minutes. Then after driving about 30 miles needle goes directley to full. What do I need to do?

Hi jessomy,

You need to check the wire connectors and wire groundings at the meter cluster. The most likely cause is a bad body grounding for the gauges. Check the meter cluster as well. Could be some bad contacts, try looseniing and retightening the points but take care not to over tighten.
