1993 Honda Accord Drove threw water car stopped working?
Driving slowly down flooded street when a truck splashed a wave over the roof and the car quit working. Just wondering what my next step should be, should I try to restart it in a few hours or have it towed? Thank you.

Hi Brent33,
Make sure air filter is dry, if not get the spark plugs out and crank the engine to see if it cranks. If water or a lot of vapour shoots out, you might have a problem with water entering the engnie and damaging the conrods..
Remove the distributor cap and dry it if there is any water. Put spark plugs and distributor cap back and see if the engine starts.
No abnormal running or noise from engine means it is ok to drive the car.
