1991 Honda Accord Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I went to get into my car today and the drivers side (automatic) front seat belt will not come upright in the locked position for driving. It was working just fine earlier in the day. What do you think is the problem. I can't seem to find a burnt out fuse and am rather new to the electric seat belt thing.

They do not have fuses. What I would suspect is a burned up motor or a short going to the seat belt control computer. Check for continuity in the brown connector see if power is getting to it.
