1989 Honda Accord lxi, turns over, no start

My 1989 Honda Accord, will start just fine 3/4 of the time, then it will turn over, and not start?

I took it to the shop, and it started everytime for them. Ran fine for a week, and wouldn't start again, so I called the tow truck, and when they arrived, it started right up, and has ran fine for another week.

Now it's not starting again, any ADVISE?

The problem is a defective EFI relay, a common Honda problem.

It is under the dash near the top on the drivers side (left side). It is difficult to find and is usually marked EFI relay. It is a large sq metal relay can and secured by a 10mm bolt.

It was installed by someone the size of a cat.
