1988 Honda Accord Headlights
The flip headlight on my Honda won't go down
when the lights not on

i have an 89 honda. if you turn your lights off and they stay up try checking the button on your dash for headlights. you can push this button to allow you to bring your lights up for maintenace on them and you might have pushed that button on accident keeping them up. If that is not the problem your motors might be bad
