1988 Honda Accord Repair Question

1988 Honda Accord brakes help
Brakes problem
1988 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 235000 miles
bought new rear shoes for my accord and now i cant het the drum on and the e brake is off and i pushed the wheel cylder in whats wrong do i need to go to the honda dealer and get honda brakes it acts as if there is to much linner on the brakes and i even adj the auto adjuster all the way down

Hi there,
Back off the hand brake adjustment this should give you ample clearance, do the main shoe adjustment first then the hand brake adjustment.
