1986 Honda Accord Repair Question

1986 honda accord overheating
Hi 1986 honda accord, 157000 miles...the car overheats. I have found a leak in the top radiator hose. also the fans on the radiator do not come on...help?

When you turn on the A/C do the fans come on? The hoses, yes hoses should be replaced. Check the engine and ground under it for moisture from a leak. I assume that the coolant level in the system will drop. If the system continues to overheat when the hoses are replaced, I would replace the thermostat.
