I haven't driven or started my 2001 corvette in 4 years should i expect any trouble, it ran perfect before i put it away

you need to change every fluid in the car before starting it. replace the battery. drop fuel tank and have it flushed along with all the lines all the way to the injectors. i would replace the pump as well.
make sure the tires are not dry rotted
