Hard to start in the Morning and lacks power

My Saturn only starts went I push down on the gas panels if I don't it just shuts off, then the engine would shake even the car. When I drive it, it takes off down hill and when I come to a complete stop the car takes off really slow the rpm would go to 4000 and I release the gas panels it shifts and going up hills it loses poweruuntil I turn the car completely off and turn it back on it has a oil more power. I changed most of the sensors got the cat replace six months ago map sensor, o2 sensors, etc

Doesnt shift till you let off the gas most of the time thats a plugged cat I know you replaced it 6 months ago but sounds like one. Which one did you replace the one under the car or the one innthe exhaust manifold?Also are you sure you have a SL1 model can you post a pic of the car?

It's the one cat I replace in the middle of the car not the one close to the engine.

Have you replaced the coolant temp sensor and inspected the connector for corrosion?Also the cat in the exhaust manifolds can clogg up or break loose.

Ok I'll check it out I change the coolant sensor but don't know the manifold can clogg up. Th first time it happen I was at a stop light and my car made a clogging sound thats when it lacked power. And started shaking it was running really good

Have a back pressure test done on the exhaust when it doesnt have power.
