2003 GMC Sonoma whining noise

2003 GMC Sonoma 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 96000 miles
When driving sonoma when make right turn or move wheel slightly noise appears. Replaced both bearings and all 4 ball joints and got front end alignment. Lost to know what the problem is.
