Hello! My engine recently died because the timing chain broke. My brother began to fix the vehicle but quit doing so because he accepted a job out of town. As a result, my old engine is on the ground, with truck parts scattered around the truck. I was wondering could I get another repairman to replace my engine or would I have to get my brother to continue to do the work since he already started?

I'm sure you could find a good engine in a salvage yard. Just make sure it is from the same year, make, and model vehice. That way you won't have trouble making things work.

Let me know if you have other questions.
