When braking volts drop and rpm drop. I have to put it in neutral and rev it to keep it running. I had to replace battery and alternator and still doing it. Any answers?

If the RPS's drop, that is most likely why the volts drop. Have you checked for a vacuum leak to the power brake booster?

Checked vacuum lines and tested. Everything good. Still wants to stall when braking.

When you come to a stop, does the engine act like a vehicle with a standard transmission not having the clutch pushed in, or does it just slowly die without the vehicle stopping completely? Also, have you vacuum tested the brake booster?
