failed the MIL/Check Engine Light due to failure to successfully complete all OBD self tests (monitors not ready - drive at least 80 freeway miles)

I'm not quite sure what your problem is. Do you not get a check engine light, or you have the CEL on, but get no codes? I need a little more info so I can help you. Please advise.

Passes ASM Emissions test: 25mph@1476 rpm; 13.8%-CO2, 0.5%-O2, HC-1 ppm, CO-0.00%, NO-0 ppm.
Fails Functional check (Malfunction Indicator Light-Fail)
Is there a procedure to reset the MONITORS?
I was told to drive 80 freeway miles then retest.
NO "Servce engine soon light"

When you turn the key to "on", not start, does the service engine light come on? Usually the monitors will reset themselves after 50 miles or 5 key on/key off cycles.

Check the bulb in the dash for the CE light. If the bulb is good, I would say that circuit of your ECM is bad.

SES light - tests OK when key is initially turned on like other dash indicators. Drove some the other day, SES light is out but without a code checker I'm not able to know if everything is OK sensor-wise. Going back to Smog Check to find out Mon.
