1995 GMC Safari Repair Question

Are there any know vibration problems with this vehicle? The van rides perfectly smooth up to 60 mph. At higher speeds the whole van starts shaking. I originally thought it was a tire problem (out of round or out of balance) but all tires have now been replaced. I also replaced all 4 shocks recently. I also checked for loose universal joints. They seem to be fine. This is not a new problem. I have owned the van for 5 years and it has always been like this. I thought the problem would go away when I got new tires.
I have owned 3 Astro vans over the years and they did not have this problem.
Any Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
