Electrical problem
2000 GMC Safari 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 79000 miles

fuel pump not working on van but runs from van battery directly.
battery cables good ,batt. 4 years old .van cranks.
battery output 10 volts,no power from fuel pump
plug, swapped a/c relay and fuel pump relay still no
power to pump.now one week ago van stalled out
three times restarted van and drove home let sit
overnight tried to start but only cranked but no start
battery voltage at that time was 12.5 volts.
