Drive cycle o2 sensor not setting
Engine Performance problem
1999 GMC Safari 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
The heated oxygen sensor diagnostic is not running when I perform the drive cycle test (let the engine idle from cold start).
I'm getting P0146 o2s No activity detected 1/3.
Does that mean the downstream sensor (or another) is bad or can it be from a bad catalytic converter?
