Engine will not start
Engine problem
1998 GMC Safari V6 All Wheel Drive Automatic 77000 miles
After pulling my AWD Safari up a steep driveway in the snow into my garage, turning off the engine and letting it set overnight I tried to start it the next morning and found that it would not start.
Starter engages and cranks, after several seconds it try's to start but then it skips and stops cranking, try again and the same senerio. I can hear the fuel pump operating and I have changed the fuel filter canister at 60,000 miles. I have had injector problems but I find that chevron techron in the fuel clears up the problem.
Engine codes indicate random misfire only.
Question: if this could be Fuel pressure regulator, engine timing sensor, open fuel injector, other engine sensor?
