1998 GMC Safari engine knocking consistent
Noises problem
1998 GMC Safari 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles
engine knocking- 4 or 5 knowledge people already
inspected, no one being able to pin point why or
where is knocking coming from, so I took the chance
strip the top end without touching the crank- so it
was found the timing chain too strech, it was replace
new with a set of sprocket,cam,lifters,rod,rockers-
balance shaft-gear-bearings were inpected by machi-
ne shop everything seem ok- I desired to assemble
back together, nor a chance still knocking bad, it's a
kind of misleading- I been toll to check torque conver-
ter it seem fine-weigths-weld-bolts-no cracks showing
any tip or advise-Please will be appreciated-(w) very
difficult to work on it-Thanks for your time and your

Either rod bearings or wrist pins bushings at pistons
