My S-15 will not start. It was running great. The engine turns over and will not start. I replaced the cap and rotor, rotor was bent and the cap was very corroded, No start. Then I replaced the fuel pump. The fuel pressure is 60psi. No start. Then I pulled a spark plug. I noticed that the plugs seemed very wet with fuel. I then changed all the plugs. It still will not start.

Sounds like lack of spark. Did you confirm this?

Pull the cap back off and check for any play in the distributer shaft. Any play is no good. Shaft should be tight when moved side to side, bent rotor may be a telltale sign.
