How many freeze plugs are there in this vehicle? Could replacing all but 1 or 2 of the plugs cause a transmission leak?

Tehre are 8 or 10 in the block and I each on each end of the cylinder heads. But replacing 1 or 2 will not cause a transmission leak unless you cut the coolant lines by doing it.
