1988 GMC S15 dash lights

My dash lights randomly go out when I slow down or speed up along with my cd players. I have put in a new battery and a bigger altenator. What else could bemy problem?

A loose or pooor connection to the said areas, a bad ground meaning dirty or loose, poor connections or a bad switch. This could be because someone has changed th radio an dused the crappy scotchlok connectors. Those are usuallthe blue colored ones that you squeeze together to make a connection.
