Power steering fluid loss
I have a 1987 Buick Regal 3.8 turbo.The power
steering fluid sprays out the top of it's reservoir
when the engine is turned off.The problem has been
active for 2 years. I have replaced the pump,cap,steering box and a low pressure line with
rebuilt parts.The fluid that is left is foamy.It sprays
the whole quadrant of the engine compartment.
What a mess! Any suggestions???

There is a check valve in the rack that prevents that.
