Noisy lifters

98 GMC van with 350 v-8. My water pump failed, caused a head gasket to leak coolant into crankcase. Used raditor repair product, not my lifters are noisy. Could the rad repair product gum up my lifters? What is the fix?

when you get ready to change the oil next time buy 10 quarts of oil and a quart of ATF use the atf with the first oil change it will smoke a little when the atf burns but it will do a great job shutting up the lifters
