Multi-functin Stalk Removal
I am working with a 1998 GMC c6500 that has a combination turn signal/wiper switch. I hope someone can tell me how the stalk can be removed. the wiper switch is very sloppy on the post and needs to be replaced.

You need to pull the steering wheel to gain access to the signal light switch, and some models you can just tighten a screw and the handle will be OK.
