LEFT BACK WHEEL LOCKUP WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED

GMC Other

Can you help?
This is a 1992 skylark Buick
The left back wheel will lockup, -let go, -lockup -let go, -- it does this very fast when brakes are applied.
But only for the first or second time you use the brakes Then it seems to be ok. Until it sets awhile.
I pulled the drum and check, every thing looks good with no springs or any other parts loose and the lining is good.
I pulled drum from the right side and found greese
(not brake fluid) on lining so I know it need new
seal.
Could greese on right side make wheel lock up on left side? I'm thinking that the anti lock system
could be trying to compensate for the greese on the right side---But I could be wrong, I was
once before. : D
Any help appreciated
