Catalytic converter

I have an oldsmobile cutlass supreme brougham 1985. Im having problems with the pipe coming out of the catalytic converter. Its rusted so bad that I pulled off the flange. Heres the question. Do I have to get a whole new catalytic converter or is there a seperate small pipe that I can attach? If anything needs to be clarified i'd be happy to do so.

How far from the cat is the flange located.

Its about a foot away. Thats not accurate, but if memory serves it should be pretty close
