1993 Oldsmobile Regency 98 with automatic climate control. The blower stopped working. I disconnected the blower and tested it with a set of jumper wires and it ran and sounded normal. Is there a rely that could be bad and can I test the blower control module with a digital volt meter, or maybe check the signal coming to the module from the climate control?

Thanks,
Larry

I have a 98 silverado doing the same thing. Everything I am reading is it's a resistor under the dash by the blower motor. Supposed to cost around $15. I'm going to try that and see if it works.

I wish mine was that easy. The blower is controlled by an electronic module, somewhere in the $175.00 range. I would like to be sure thats what it needs before buying one.
