i am trying to drain and refill my differential fluid. i looked at the haynes repair manual and it showed me where the drain plug is. i went under the truck and there is no nut for the drain plug! it is just a flat piece of steel. i tried prying it out and it is solid. i have a feeling that this is a manufacture defect because there is no way i can drain the diff properly from where i have to put the fluid in.
