I have a 2000 gmc jimmy 4x4 with a 4.3 liter engine. When you turn the key forward it shows the volts at twelve and has been hard to start. I replaced the spark plugs ,wires, rotor, dist. cap. Still cranks but now it won't start at all. Checked the battery and cables. Also timed it. What would cause it to not start?

I am not doubting your work but are you 100% sure you have everuthing hooked up in the correct spots. Firing order correct, coil wire in correct spot, sensors and ingnition module connected.
