How hot does it get? Too hot, is a boil over. Does the radiator fan work ok? When it stalls, if it cranks good but won't restart till it cools down, do some basic testing. Visually check for spark at the plugs, engine cranking. You can use a known good spark plug or spark tester, leave it in the glove box, it won't get hot. If the engine is hot, wear gloves, pull a spark plug wire. Stick the tester in the boot, ground metal part of tester to metal part of engine, watch for spark, engine cranking. If you have good spark everywhere, you've ruled out spark as the problem.

Then,Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Don't spray gas all over a hot engine. You could hook-up the gage on a cold engine, make sure the gage fitting doesn't leak, no gas leak anywhere. Start the engine let it idle till it stalls, watch the gage. Any applicable trouble codes? Nice picture.
