2004 GMC Envoy Alternator

Sometimes, when I start the vehicle I hear clicking rapidly for about 30 seconds. Most recently my heater doesn't seem to be blowing at full capacity. If the alternator is going bad, could it effect the heat.

Could be the blower motor relay you hearing-when the alternator cannot do its job everything will go wild and crazy. But if you wish you can have it load tested to take it out of the picture and worry about the heating situation.
