1993 GMC C2500 Repair Question

1993 GMC C2500 large puddle under engine
I have a 93 3/4 ton sierra that I pull a 16 foot trailer with . Today I noticed a large wet puddle that looked like semi burnt cold cream mixed with water. I just had the radiator replaced and I dont see any leaks .What could this be? Thanks in advance for any help. Jay

look all under the truck on the engine for the substance on the engine, if it came from the engine it will show traces on the engine still.
