I have replaced the following items; fuses, brake pedal switch, bulbs, so what else is there that controls the brake lights and makes them come on
beside these three items listed ?
Is there some type of relay that controls the brake lights and could prevent them from coming on ?

I really need to repair this problem so no one crashes into the back of my truck,it started up right before the transmission started acting up ,

I would be truily grateful if you could help me with this problem so that we can drive the truck safely back and forth to work once I get the transmission error fixed,
