1995 Geo Tracker 4 Wheel drive

I locked the hubs and set my transfer case to 4 wheel high and it lights up on my gages, but there is not power to the front wheels? I also put it in 4 wheel low with the same results! I just purchased this vehicle and did not check out the 4 wheel drive system. What should I check to try and find the problem? Thank You. Mort

I didn't get a reply to my question, so I ended up taking it to a 4X4 shop. They said I just needed new hubs. They replaced both of them and it works just fine. Of course it would have been nice if someone would have answered my question!
