1993 Geo Tracker Location of the Fuel Pump relay

I had my fuel pump relay switch go out in my tracker and unfortunately I have been unable to locate it so as I can replace the part. I have been told it's under the driver's side instrument panel as well in the engine compartment along the firewall, neither of which location was I able to find the relay to replace it. So if you know the location of this relay I'd be greatly appreciated.
