Brakes problem
1993 Geo Storm 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My wifes brakes lock up after driving about 20 miles I replaced the master cylnder a year ago

Replace the front calipers and hoses. You have either a clogged hose or seized caliper, when it heats up and the fluid expands, the pressure has no place to go.
