Fuel Problem

The fuel pump doesn't turn on, despite changing the relays. I have tried almost everything, I changed the fuse links and they're all good, its hard to believe the the fuel pump is bad if I switched it out 8 months ago. I think its an electrical problem.

If there is power to the pump with key on, then yes, the pump has failed.

I think so too, when I put the key in the on, I can hear the relay click but not the pump. The pump is completely silent. Nothing. So im guessing I burnt it out.
