I have a 1998 windstar, 89,000 mi 3.0litr
my problem is the abs is kicking in when iam coming to a stop.I was told all the sensors are ok, and I changed both front&rear pads, but the problem still persists, and seems to be getting a little worse

problem started before any repairs were made. The abs light did not come on. It seems to be a little more evident when you turn to the right. Yes it only dose it when you are almost stopped :)

Hello! Good news. Problem solved
apparently there is a gap that is to be maintained
between the sensor and the sprocket(approximately-
40thousanthsof an inch) and if this isoff by 3or4 thousnts it will throw off your sensors. My two front sensors were off. Iwas told this rarely happens and is hard to detect.I recommend you tell people to go to a well qualified technition. It cost a litter more, but you will save in the end and the problem will be fixed.
Thanx for your time and advice
