2002 Ford Windstar No rear lights, car wont shift out of pa

2002 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 154000 miles
Left work and van would not shift out of park. Noticed no rear lights, no interior lights, no rear heat, no power locks. Checked all fuses, replaced brake light switch and still no luck. Please help, I am a single mother running out of money and ideas?
