2001 Ford Windstar check engine light

I have a 2001 Windstar with roughly 102, 000 miles. The check engine light came on saying cylinder 1 misfire and fuel running lean. I done a tune up and it runs alot better but the problem isnt gone. It runs a little rough and makes a popping noise when acclerating up an incline. I dont have the money to take the car for complete diagnostics with a mechanic so any help will be appreciated.
