2000 Ford taraus ses 96,000 k

When I start driving it, it somtimes vibrates somtimes when you change gears somtimes just driving down the road. When it starts doing it if you push the gas it stops this happens and couple of times while driving it. All oil, trans, and sevice is up to date and always maintained.
