Ford just put a recall on a speed control deactivation switch that will not leak brake fluid, could this problem may have caused my front main seal to burst out therefore causing a major oil leak in the van? Also, why when I don't run the van oil is in the car, but when it runs it comes out? I let the van sit after running it and oil is gone, not long after oil is full again?

Highly doubtful that the front seal blew do to the deactivation switch, this switch is under the master brake cylinder. Oil seems emty then refils is due to slugde build up in the oil return passages at the ends of the heads, remove the valve covers and clear them out with a coathanger.
