1996 Ford Windstar Will not start sometimes.

Occasionally when I turn off the van and try to start it, the power goes on, but the engine will not start.
If I leave it for a few minutes, then it starts up again.
I had it checked by a Ford dealer, but they could not repeat the problem. I happened about 4 times over the past 2 months.
