i have a 95 windstar, that wont start. i changed the fuel pump,filter,and plugs. i tested all injectors and they all read at 15. still wont start. it turned over for me one time and i let it run for about 20 mins took it for a drive it ran sluggish, i wasnt getting anything out of the the gas petal when i pressed on it. when i put it in park it runs smooth, and when i cut it off i have to use starter fliud and maybe it will start. help please i cant think of anything
