1978 Ford Truck Two Wheel Drive

i started hearing a clunking noise in the front left tire area while driving. I could smell brakes. When I stopped lots of smoke was coming out of the tire. And tire was tilted with the top of tire pointing inward. What has happened and what can I do to fix it?

Should stop driving it and have it checked
sounds as the wheel bearing
and if so damage to the spinal may occur and also tire will fallout
be-careful and have it checked
