I have a 93 ford thunderbird lx and it has a retractable seatbelt and it is stuck and will not retact back even if the car is shut off or turned on just the drivers side only the passenger side is fine. it just stopped working one day when i went to get in my car. it had been slow retracting but now it won't do anything it is stuck up in the front of the window will not retract back where is suppose to be. can you help me??
