When I start the car first thing in the morning, I turn the ingnition to the start position, I can hear the fuel pump in the rear of car click on, the starter does nothing, no clicking or sounds. I hold the inignition all the way for maybe 10 seconds and wham the starter engages and the motor starts. I have to push in on the ingnition switch for this to happen. The problem stated about 2 weeks ago. Once the engine starts, the car starts for the rest of the day with no problems. The battery was replace about 6 months ago and all the connections are tight and clean. Is there a stater relay in the system? Thanks for you help.
